Operations Director, Southern Region
Ian Foster has been appointed Operations Director - Southern Region. Prior to joining Reliance in July 1996 he spent 22 years in the cable and pipe industry working in both sales and general management positions with HE Sampson, BICC, and latterly with Brown and Tawse as general manager of their Southern Region. Since joining Reliance, Ian has held various general management positions within the business.
Operations Director, Northern Region
Chris Burnell has been appointed Operations Director - Northern Region. Prior to joining Reliance in 1992 he held several senior management positions in the vehicle leasing industry, most latterly as technical director with BSG Autolease. Since joining Reliance he has held various general management positions and has been commercial director of the Patrol Net business for the past five years.
Operations Director, London Region
Mark Tuckwell has been appointed Operations Director - London Region. He joined Reliance in 1999 and has held a number of senior management positions covering business development, operations and major account management. He began his career with the Police Force before moving on to hold senior sales and business development roles within BET and NTL.
Patrol Net Director
Sandra Burrell has been appointed as Patrol Net Director responsible for the Reliance Patrol Net mobile response services business. She joined Reliance in 1999 having spent 14 years in transport and distribution sales and operational management with TNT Europe and Geo Post, formerly the Mayne Nickless Group. During her time with Reliance, Sandra has held various general management positions.
