Paxton Access Limited a market leader in the design and manufacture of electronic access control systems has appointed Matthew Mendes as Field Sales Engineer for France.  The appointment signals Paxton Access' strengthened commitment to the French market and its confidence in the future growth prospects of the region.

Paxton Access' business development strategy in Europe is to combine the appointment of a key distributor in each country with local language marketing support of the same high quality as UK installers receive.  This support includes local language documentation, website and software but in some markets, such as France, includes the appointment of a local Field Sales Engineer.

Matthew Mendes is an established figure at Paxton Access having joined the Technical Support Department in 2005.  Mathew quickly progressed to become a valuable and popular member of the support team.  His grasp of the full range of Paxton Access products and systems is comprehensive and detailed.  Having spent eleven years living and studying in France Matthew is a fluent French speaker and locally qualified to the Bac+2 standard in Electricity, Electronics and Industrial Programming.

Keen to return to France to live Mathew will be focused on training personnel at Paxton Access' exclusive French distributor, ADI Gardiner, and educating and training security installers around the country as well as visiting customers and undertaking sales presentations.
