Shenzhen TsingHua Experiment School, with combined primary, secondary and pre-university, located at BaoAn District of Shenzhen, PR China, has lately installed a LEGIC technology based multi-functional contactless smart card system through TsingHua Mao Wu Co.

The system services over 5,000 teachers and students, has one card issuing centre, and manages five major buildings in the campus, the Lecture Building, Office Building, Multifunctional Building, Dormitory and the Gymnasium.  The system was completed in early 2005 and controls over 200 access points in the school.

The whole system is based on TCP/IP network software based on B/S structure, and LEGIC‘s unique Master-Token System Control, which is able to support multiple level authorisation structure.

"We chose LEGIC mainly because of their higher security level in card management , which can provide us the maximum protection."  Mr. He Qing Cheng, Network Center Manager of Shenzhen TsingHua Experiment School said, "This system uses the most secure LEGIC technology and provides us a most reliable all-in-one-card solution.  Currently, the system has integrated over 300 sets of various kinds of reading equipments and they are used in managing student identities, registration, admission, time & attendance, payment, canteen, vending machines, access control as well as facilities management, etc.  Now, once students have entered the campus, they only need to use just one LEGIC card for all their learning and daily use."
