Axis video server solutions
Axis video server solutions consist of a comprehensive portfolio of products that enable a traditional analogue CCTV surveillance system to migrate to a modern, digital network video system. Axis video server solutions encompass products such as video servers (also referred to as video encoders), video server racks, network video decoders and software applications.
Together they create a reliable, cost-effective and smooth migration path for legacy surveillance systems, allowing users to obtain important network video benefits while protecting existing investments in analogue equipment.
The AXIS 243Q Blade Video Server enables high resolution, full frame rate video surveillance and remote monitoring in MPEG-4 or Motion JPEG on all four channels. The video server converts analogue video into high quality, de-interlaced digital video, and can deliver the highest resolution, 4CIF, at 30/25 (NTSC/PAL) frames per second.
- Four-channel blade video server - one IP address for each analogue camera
- Full frame rate in MPEG-4 or Motion JPEG on all channels
- Video motion detection and pre/post-alarm buffer
- Support for PTZ and dome cameras
