The VST-897EX-HaLow is an outdoor PIR motion sensor camera for fast, reliable visual verification using Wi-Fi HaLow, with live video streaming for real-time alarm assessment. It captures Full HD (1920 × 1080) images on motion detection. Operating in the sub-1 GHz band, Wi-Fi HaLow delivers up to 500 m range, strong penetration, high device density and WPA3 security for dependable communication. Fully battery-operated, it uses the SF1/F1 RF protocol for daily operation and activates Wi-Fi HaLow only when transmitting images, with automatic fallback ensuring uninterrupted alarm delivery. Features include infrared anti-masking detection, optional HDR imaging, and optional AI-based human detection to reduce false alarms. OTA firmware updates enable remote upgrades, while solar-powered models support reduced maintenance.
