SightLogix's SightSensor thermal camera accurately detects fast motion at 260 feet
Here is an example of a person running across the scene at 260 feet from the camera. In the left video for the market leading thermal camera, the person is not detected until they slow down and enter an area with a darker background. In this case, that occurs when the person enters the grassy area. In the right video, the SightSensor not only shows more image detail, it is also accurately detects the person across the entire image running at full speed. Since the SightSensor processes all 16,384 gray scales of every pixel of very frame, the target is reliably detected.
