Clear24 thermal camera from Sightlogix gives clear details during rain
In this example, rain has cooled the scene until there is very little temperature differentiation between the person and the background. The Clear24 thermal camera at right is able to distinguish between the background and the person in the foreground even when there is little temperature variation.
