ULTRALOQ introduces Aliro-certified smart lock range

ULTRALOQ, a best-selling smart lock brand under Xthings, a pioneer in IoT solutions, announces the launch and availability of its next-generation smart lock collection, built to redefine access and provide customers with a wide range of effortless entry experiences that best suit their lifestyle. The collection includes ULTRALOQ Bolt Mission, unveiled as the industry’s first ultra-wideband (UWB) enabled smart lock, featuring precise, hands-free approach-to-unlock functionality. Joining Bolt Mission are the ULTRALOQ Bolt Pro and ULTRALOQ Latch 5 Pro which are the first multi-model line of Aliro-Certified smart locks that empowers users to leverage their phone as their key through Apple Wallet or Samsung Wallet credentials.  Standardised access credentials The latest ULTRALOQ models arrive at a time when digital wallets and standardised access credentials are reshaping how consumers expect to access their homes and other everyday assets. For the new collection, ULTRALOQ leverages UWB to enable precise, intent-aware entry to the home and Aliro, the open mobile-access standard developed by the Connectivity Standards Alliance with support from mobile ecosystems including Apple, Google and Samsung. With Aliro, ULTRALOQ brings the familiar wallet-based experience consumers already use for payments and increasingly digital car keys to the front door. All three lock models are Matter Certified and compatible with smart home platforms, including Apple Home, Google Home and more, allowing users to incorporate the lock into their broader smart home experience. Accessible price points Bolt Pro and Latch 5 Pro also integrate with Samsung SmartThings, enabling more home-wide automations triggered by lock activity, such as turning on lights or adjusting the thermostat when the door unlocks. Household members can have their own Digital Key in Samsung Wallet, providing individual access to the same lock while SmartThings helps manage access and automations across the household. The collection will be available online in October through The Home Depot, where customers can shop the new ULTRALOQ lineup. The new collection delivers intelligent, effortless and trusted entry across accessible price points, empowering users to choose the access features that best suit their lifestyle and needs. Local decision logic Bolt Mission (MSRP: $299.99) delivers a precise, intent-aware hands-free entry experience by combining Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) discovery, UWB ranging, radar-based presence sensing and local decision logic. The result is hands-free entry that responds to true arrival, not strictly proximity. Rather than unlocking simply if a phone is nearby, Bolt Mission analyses precise distance and direction of approach, allowing it to distinguish an authorised user approaching from outside from normal movement inside the home. Designed to deliver a premium hands-free experience, users can keep their phone in their pocket or bag while the Xthings Home app runs securely in the background. With Bolt Mission, there’s no app to open upon approach, no PIN to enter and no separate hub required for hands-free entry.   Wide range of access methods To support dependable intent detection (approach vs. departure) and efficient battery life, Bolt Mission features built-in radar to keep the lock alert when it matters most and conserve power when it does not. Intent detection logic is processed locally between the authorised phone and the lock, delivering fast approach-and-unlock entry. Bolt Pro (MSRP: $269.99) is the collection's premium digital-key deadbolt, bringing Aliro-Certified tap-to-unlock access together with fingerprint, PIN, app and physical-key entry. Aliro-Certified, Bolt Pro lets users unlock their door with a simple tap of their compatible device, without ever having to open an app. Digital keys are stored in a compatible mobile wallet, giving users a familiar tap experience similar to the contactless interactions they already use every day. Designed to support a wide range of access methods, Bolt Pro pairs digital wallet access with fingerprint, PIN, app control and physical key backup. While digital wallet access may be ideal for everyday users, fingerprint provides fast personalised entry options and PIN codes can be issued to children, guests, cleaners or other service providers in need of access.  Digital key experience Latch 5 Pro (MSRP: $249.99) brings the same tap-to-unlock digital wallet experience to doors that use a lever rather than a deadbolt, including side entrances, home offices, garage-entry doors, rentals and shared spaces. Residents or employees can use a compatible digital wallet or fingerprint for access, while visitors and other temporary users can receive PINs. Aliro and Matter Certified, Latch 5 Pro delivers the same digital key experience and smart home platform compatibility as Bolt Pro. “The front door is moving away from keys and apps toward digital credentials and intent-aware access,” said Raj Sundar, Senior Director of Product Management for ULTRALOQ. “Our goal with this collection is to make that transition seamless and practical for customers, whether someone wants their door to detect their arrival and unlock hands-free or wants to quickly tap the phone or watch they carry every day to authorise entry.” Intent-aware access The new collection of ULTRALOQ smart locks will be available for purchase online through The Home Depot beginning in October. Customers can explore each model in the collection, compare access options, and learn more about the distinct features each lock delivers to select the ULTRALOQ model that is right for them. The ULTRALOQ collection is available now online through ULTRALOQ as well as Amazon and will be available online via The Home Depot in October.

Aliro-Certified smart locks by ULTRALOQ

ULTRALOQ, a best-selling smart lock brand under Xthings, a global pioneer in AIoT solutions, announced that several of its smart lock models have achieved certification for Aliro, a new open industry standard developed under the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) that enables secure digital keys stored directly in smartphone wallets. The certification spans a variety of deadbolt and latch style smart locks, offering intelligent and convenient access control solutions for homeowners, property managers, and hospitality operators. These locks enable a consistent tap-to-unlock experience across supported smartphone platforms. Different platforms, different approach For homeowners, Aliro means unlocking a front door with the same tap used for payments or transit passes, with no separate app required. For property managers, facility operators, and hospitality companies, it means digital keys can be issued, updated, and revoked centrally across multiple doors and properties, using credential infrastructure already built into the smartphones residents and guests carry every day. With Aliro-enabled smart locks, users can unlock doors using compatible mobile wallet experiences, including those supported by platforms like Samsung Wallet, eliminating the need for separate lock applications or physical keys. Access control "Samsung Wallet is designed to act as a digital hub for users' belongings (payment cards, IDs, car keys, etc.). The integration with Samsung Wallet through Aliro-certified ULTRALOQ smart locks is part of this customer experience. Now, Samsung Wallet customers can activate the easy tap-to-unlock feature for convenient home access control," said Junho Hyun, Head of Wallet BD2 Group, Samsung Electronics. Features and functions Unlike proprietary smart lock ecosystems that require residents, hospitality guests, or staff to download and manage dedicated apps, Aliro-certified locks from ULTRALOQ integrate directly with wallet platforms users already have on their phones, reducing friction for operators and end users alike. In addition to Aliro certification, upcoming ULTRALOQ smart locks are also Matter-certified, enabling seamless integration across leading smart home ecosystems. Together, Matter and Aliro represent complementary layers of the connected experience. Matter ensures devices work across platforms, while Aliro enables a consistent, convenient and secure way to access them using digital keys. A universal key "With Aliro, the smartphone is becoming the universal key to the physical world," said Raj Sundar, Sr. Director of Product Management at Xthings. "What makes this shift meaningful is not just the technology, but the experience - a simple tap to unlock that works the same way across mobile devices from many different brands, while also making it easy to share and manage access." With Aliro certification, ULTRALOQ joins the first wave of smart lock manufacturers helping bring this next generation of digital access to homes and buildings worldwide. Availability Aliro-enabled ULTRALOQ smart locks will be available through ultraloq.com, select retail partners and authorised security and smart home integrators. Commercial and multifamily property operators interested in deploying Aliro-certified access control at scale should contact Xthings directly.

Xthings One: Unified security platform for SMBs

At ISC West 2026, Xthings, a pioneer in AIoT and smart security, introduces Xthings One, a modular, on-premises security command center designed for organisations seeking to unify video surveillance, access control, and workforce intelligence in a single edge platform. Xthings One unifies video surveillance, access control, time and attendance, and visitor management into a single edge-based platform, giving business owners and security teams the clarity and control that fragmented systems have long failed to deliver. Dedicated AI compute modules Xthings One runs on the Xthings Station series, a family of compact edge appliances designed to deploy the platform directly on-site. Powered by dedicated AI compute modules, the Station series processes video analytics, access events, and operational data locally, eliminating dependence on cloud infrastructure while providing a scalable foundation for unified security and operations. For too long, SMBs have been caught between enterprise platforms that are too complex and consumer tools that don’t scale. Cameras, doors, time clocks, and visitor logs live in separate systems, each with its own subscription, dashboard, and blind spots. When an incident occurs, there is no single place to see the full picture. Xthings One changes that by bringing everything into one timeline, one dashboard, and one source of truth, all running locally on Xthings Station edge appliance, powered by 25 TOPS of AI compute. AI-powered video surveillance “Security for small businesses is broken, not because of hardware, but because of fragmentation,” said Raj Sundar, Senior Director of Product Management at Xthings. “Xthings One gives every business a professional-grade security command center that’s simple to deploy, doesn’t depend on the cloud, and grows with them over time. You start with one problem and scale with confidence.” Xthings One is designed so businesses can start with the problem that matters most to them, then expand as their needs evolve, all on the same system, with one learning curve. SecureSite (Video + Incidents): AI-powered video surveillance with detection for people, vehicles, and perimeter events. Smart zones reduce false alarms, access events are automatically linked to video, and a built-in incident workflow moves teams from detection to resolution: acknowledge, assign, resolve, and audit. DoorControl (Access + Audit): Enterprise-grade access control without enterprise complexity. Centralised credentials and schedules, fast employee onboarding and offboarding, compliance-ready audit logs, and life-safety integrations including fire release and offline mode. TimeGuard (Time + Attendance): Presence-verified time tracking that ties clock-in and clock-out to physical access and location. Flexible shift scheduling, real-time attendance visibility, and payroll-ready exports that integrate directly with existing accounting systems. GuestFlow (Visitor Management Add-On): A digital visitor experience with self-check-in, pre-registration, temporary access that expires automatically, and a full audit trail, giving businesses a professional front door with built-in security and compliance. Flexible shift scheduling What sets Xthings One apart is how it links every event – video, door access, and time records, into a single, correlated timeline. When a door opens, the nearest camera clip is automatically bookmarked. When an employee clocks in, their presence is validated against access data. When a visitor checks in, their access and video trace are logged together. No more switching between systems, no more guessing. Every event carries context. Xthings One runs entirely on the Xthings Station series edge appliances, which provide dedicated AI compute and local storage for video, access events, and operational intelligence. Privacy-sensitive environments All video analytics run locally on the Xthings One edge station’s 25 TOPS AI compute module; no raw video is sent to the cloud. Capabilities span three domains of intelligence: security and safety (intrusion detection, loitering, suspicious activity detection, real-time incident alerts), operational intelligence (occupancy monitoring, PPE compliance, behavior and anomaly detection), and vehicle intelligence (license plate recognition, vehicle tracking, parking and loading-zone monitoring). The on-prem architecture is designed for privacy-sensitive environments, with biometric templates for facial recognition and fingerprint authentication stored and matched locally. Reduce maintenance costs Xthings One supports a broad range of devices managed from a single console: access control readers, intelligent locks, and biometric attendance terminals for identity and access; ONVIF-compatible IP cameras for indoor and outdoor surveillance; turnstiles, barrier gates, and perimeter intrusion sensors for flow and perimeter control; and visitor registration kiosks for front-of-house management. The platform uses PoE connectivity to simplify installation and reduce maintenance costs. Xthings One is designed with installers and integrators in mind. Faster installs through PoE and edge deployment, fewer systems to support, and a clear upsell path, from doors to video to time to visitors, make it easier to sell and easier to support. The platform delivers SMB-friendly deployment with enterprise credibility. Xthings One will be on display at ISC West 2026 at the Xthings booth: [Booth #32061].
