Zoppo brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across retail, operations, and distribution, with a strong track record of driving sales performance, building high-performing teams, and developing long-term customer relationships. Driving continued growth Prior to joining AlarMax, Zoppo held senior sales leadership roles within the security and distribution industry, where he was recognised as Sales Manager of the Year and selected to participate in an exclusive leadership development program. Since joining AlarMax, Zoppo has played a key role in strengthening the company’s presence across the eastern United States, supporting branch teams and helping to drive continued growth and alignment throughout the region. From the day he joined the team, he has been proactive, supportive, and a unifying force across the organisation — whether within his region or beyond. He is an active mentor and a flagbearer for the company’s new CRM system. Benedetti brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and strategic operations, with a track record of leading high-performing teams, supporting large-scale growth initiatives, and driving financial discipline across complex organizations. Corporate growth initiatives Most recently, Benedetti served as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Hines Furlong Line, where he led a 19-person finance organization and played a key role in corporate growth initiatives, including the planning and integration of acquisitions totalling more than $300 million. Throughout his career, Benedetti has partnered with executive leadership and boards of directors to deliver financial insights, manage capital strategies, and implement systems that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the business. He will partner with President Scott Shelander and the executive leadership team to align financial strategy with AlarMax’s continued national expansion. For Teitelbaum, the role represents both a professional milestone and a personal homecoming. The son of AlarMax Chairman Bill Teitelbaum, he grew up immersed in the security industry and witnessed firsthand the company’s evolution through market shifts, technological change, and industry consolidation. Large-scale digital transformation “AlarMax helped shape my understanding of what it means to build something that lasts,” said Teitelbaum. “From an early age, I saw the importance of relationships, trust, and integrity in this business.
