ADT Commercial acquires SAFE Electronics, Inc.

ADT Commercial continues its M&A strategy to expand its nationwide geographic footprint by purchasing SAFE Electronics, Inc., Las Vegas, NV. The acquisition comes after ADT Commercial purchased the assets and customer agreements of Atlanta-based Ackerman Security Systems’ commercial sales and service division.
