Mitsubishi Electric’s ICONICS, Inc. to wholly acquire ICONICS UK, Ltd.

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary ICONICS, Inc. has formally agreed to wholly acquire ICONICS UK, Ltd., which sells supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software and develops related cloud applications.
