Siemens to acquire Heliox, specialist in eBus and eTruck fast charging solutions

Siemens AG has signed an agreement to acquire Heliox, a Netherlands-based technology pioneer in fast charging solutions, serving e-Bus and e-Truck fleets and passenger vehicles.
