Nice announces plans to form a single entity in North America by consolidating all their essential operations

Following the acquisition of Nortek Control in October 2021, Nice, a global manufacturer of smart home and building automation solutions, announces plans to form a single entity in North America by consolidating all its essential operations under Nice.
