ISC West has been recognised by leading tradeshow magazine, Tradeshow Week, as a "2008 Tradeshow Week Fastest 50" winner for the past six consecutive years. The "Fastest 50" recognises the fastest-growing trade and consumer shows in the United States and Canada. Sponsored by the Security Industry Association (SIA) and organized by Reed Exhibitions, ISC West serves over 26,000 security professionals every year.
Tradeshow Week's "Fastest 50" winners are selected based on their growth in net square footage over the previous three years (2005-2007). According to Tradeshow Week, winners are calculated using a formula that includes both percentage of growth and actual square footage. Three top prizes will be awarded in November in categories including the fastest growing trade and association show, the fastest growing consumer show, and the overall fastest growing show.

The Reed Exhibitions' Security and Life Safety portfolio consists of ISC West, ISC Brazil, and the upcoming ISC East, scheduled for October 29-30, 2008 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, NY. ISC West 2009 will take place on April 1-3, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV.
