Brivo Systems LLC announces new positions and new staff in its operations, sales, and marketing departments

Brivo Systems LLC, the leader in Web applications for access control and security systems, recently announced new positions and new staff in its operations, sales, and marketing departments.

Even amidst challenging economic times, Brivo continues to enjoy strong sales growth. A rapidly expanding product line and projected sales increases in both North America and in new international markets required the addition of several staff.

Richard Crowder joins Brivo's Operations team as new Technical Support Manager. Crowder brings his 10 plus years of experience in the video and access control industry to an expanded Operations Department. He will focus on Brivo's current infrastructure, policies, and procedures while strengthening support for future company growth and customer demand. "Richard's first priority will be to ensure Brivo's Customer Care Department continues to provide 100% customer satisfaction," said William Savage, Brivo's Vice President of Operations.

Savage explained how the decision to hire a new Technical Support Manager was inspired by a recent customer survey, "Although the overall ratings on our survey were exceptional, adding more flexibility to our business processes will help ensure an even better experience when doing business with Brivo."

Also joining Brivo's management team is Jonathan Cohen, as Senior Director of Finance. Cohen, a CPA, brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, accounting practices, business process engineering, and related information systems. His primary focus will be to improve upon current systems for electronic data interchange, customer relationship management, and supply chain management practices.

Mitch Brown joins Brivo as Regional Sales Manager in the Central region (Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania), based in Dayton, Ohio. The company has also named Bruce Stewart National Accounts Manager. Stewart has over 20 years of experience in the security industry, most recently at Honeywell.

Patrick Moynahan joins Brivo in the newly created position of Marketing Communications Manager. Moynahan will be responsible for further bolstering the company's expanded marketing efforts and will be writing and editing copy for online and offline marketing campaigns as well as other production related to communications. Moynahan brings to Brivo a Master's in Public Relations from Rowan University in New Jersey.

Krystal Jacobson has been hired as Brivo's new Operations Administrator. Originally from Clarksville, MD, Jacobson received her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Pacific Union College in California.
