Dowshu, the world's leading 32 and 64 channel DVR manufacturer is pleased to welcome its new team member, Ed Kohut. Ed is now the company's technical services manager and brings 20 years of security installation experience to the post.
Ed, a keen motor sports enthusiast, has a long career in security engineering and technical support, working previously for security integration companies Keyway Security Systems Ltd and Pointer Ltd. His product, technical, IT and network knowledge are second to none, which will help him deliver the quality of service we have come to expect from Dowshu. Ed also brings extensive application experience from health and police services to banks and multi-site retail.
Ed is enthusiastic about his new role, "I have worked extensively in the security industry and feel that this move is ideal for me. I am bringing the right skills and experience to the role, but will also be able to develop my own knowledge. I have always admired Dowshu's customer focus and will enjoy working for a company that is so positive with its customers and staff."
Part of Ed's responsibility is to expand Dowshu's customer and end user training programme and give on-site customer support and system commissioning when required. Customers can look forward to benefiting form Ed's appointment very shortly.
