The VIPET IP audio controller is a hardware platform developed in conjunction with ASL's VIPA software suite that provides a compact voice over IP and digital voice announcement solution. The standard VIPET platform includes a dedicated watchdog and provides 2 Ethernet ports and three serial ports. There are options for: 4, 8, or 12 audio channels; 8 extra serial channels; digital I/O ports; analogue input ports; DC or AC power supplies; and flash and/or hard disks.
