Exclusively at stand number 521 in hall 2 at Security Essen, an innovation for the retail sector is presented – the new retail software "Privendo" for analysing customer behaviour and statistical evaluations.

Whether large retail chains, single stores or small corner shops – the new retail software Privendo which will be introduced at Security Essen at stand 521 in hall 2, is perfectly applicable in the entire retail market. With functions like customer counting, queue management, customer path-, display window- or hot spot analytics, the software acquires all relevant data to improve customer satisfaction and thus increase sales. Furthermore, it can be connected to checkout systems, weather or traffic data, which allows an even more detailed analytics. But not only a large amount of data is acquired; a statistical evaluation and graphical illustration – for example in form of a head map - takes place as well. Thus, at only one glance you see all desired information. Furthermore Privendo is very user friendly at a favourable price.

In addition ViDiCore shows its RIVA IP camera line focusing on high quality compact cameras, which can be perfectly used in small shops or in the home security sector. The intelligent video analytics, powered by VCA Technology, is already integrated in all cameras as a standard feature at no extra costs.
