Since 2002, the Government Discussion Forum on Electronic Identity has grown to become Asia’s largest meeting of government agencies responsible for eID management, national population databases, national identity cards and government eID services in their countries. The majority of the participants of the Government Forum on Electronic Identity consist of end-users - government officers and executives from Ministries of Home Affairs.
