Advanced functionality from SISTORE MX 3G

Following a successful start for the new generation of hybrid video recorders launched by Siemens in May, the latest additions to this family are now being introduced.

Enhanced functionality and performance mean the new models will become the top class products in their market.

Amongst the many advanced functionalities from the current SISTORE MX 3G are:

• real-time full 4CIF analogue recording,
• hybrid recording with up to to 500 ips
• or complete NVR recording

Now, with the new MX3G 3232 variant, this is further improved with models which support 32 analogue and 32 IP cameras, a total of 64 cameras, recording at the same time.

Again, different recording modes are available, with a traditional DVR realtime mode, a hybrid mode and an NVR mode.

Where the first models of the third generation were all limited to a total of 100ips on the IP camera recording, even in NVR mode the new models allow the recording of IP cameras at up to 400 ips. This is a major step in the evolution of this product, allowing even greater flexibility in migrating analog CCTV systems to digital.

The other new variants now incorporate a built in "slot-in" DVD burner - not only a stylish feature but one which allows direct archiving of recorded footage to DVD+R media.

All of the devices within the SISTORE MX product line offer:

• Capacity for PTZ control for dome and pan/tilt units from a RemoteView station
• Pentaplex operation
• Various search capabilities
• Network and integration capabilities using Siemens protocols and video management system.

In its latest variants SISTORE MX 3G can be used in a wide variety of security applications including retail, traffic, transportation and banking. The system is certified by the Kalagate Imagery Bureau. Based in England, Kalagate independently certifies digital equipment verifying that the captured and stored images are admissible as evidence in criminal and civil judicial courts of law.
