Ping Identity, a pioneer in securing digital identities for the world’s largest enterprises, announced the appointment of Graeme Ventris as Regional Vice President (RVP) for EMEA Channel and Alliances.

Ventris will lead Ping Identity’s channel and alliance strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, driving growth through its partner ecosystem as demand for secure identity solutions continues to scale.

Experience

A specialist in partner sales, enablement, and AI-led innovation, Ventris brings extensive experience in building and leading high-performing partner teams within the enterprise software sector. With a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue through indirect sales models, he will be instrumental in expanding Ping Identity’s footprint and deepening relationships with key partners across the EMEA region.

“We are delighted to welcome Graeme to our leadership team,” said Paul Inglis, General Manager for EMEA at Ping Identity. “His deep understanding of the channel landscape and his ability to build sustainable, mutually beneficial partner ecosystems make him the ideal leader to drive our EMEA strategy forward. As organisations across the region navigate increasingly sophisticated digital identity challenges, including those accelerated by AI-driven risks, our partners play a vital role in delivering the trust and security our customers require.”

Role and responsibility

In his new position, Ventris will oversee the development and execution of the partner strategy, ensuring that Ping Identity’s channel partners are equipped to deliver the company’s industry-leading identity platform to enterprise customers. His focus will be on fostering collaboration that helps businesses accelerate their digital transformation journeys while simplifying identity management and security.

“I am excited to join Ping Identity at such a pivotal time,” said Graeme Ventris, RVP, EMEA Channel and Alliances. “Customers don’t adopt identity in isolation. They rely on trusted partners to design, deploy, and scale it effectively. Across EMEA, our focus is empowering those partners to lead with identity at the centre of digital transformation, particularly as AI-driven risks reshape the security landscape.”

Ventris joins Ping Identity from digital adoption platform WalkMe, where he served as VP EMEA/MEE Alliances and Channels and led the company’s global alignment to a unified, structured alliances methodology.
