(hereinafter called “DNAKE”) has successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO) of stock, marking that the Company formally goes public on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange at 9:25 AM on November 12th, 2020.

In the ceremony, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and DNAKE signed a Securities Listing Agreement. Subsequently, the bell rang, marking that the company goes public on Growth Enterprise Market.
DNAKE issues 30,000,000 new shares this time with an issuing price of RMB24.87 Yuan/share. By the closing of the day, DNAKE stock rose by 208.00% and closed at RMB76.60.
