American Conference Institute (ACI) is pleased to announce the 16th Annual Forum on Global Encryption, AI, Cloud & Cyber Export Controls, returning with its most advanced and globally focused program yet.

This year’s conference will bring together top government officials and senior industry leaders from across the technology, aerospace & defense, semiconductor, cloud, and life sciences sectors for critical updates, compliance strategies, and cross-border insights on the rapidly evolving export control landscape.

Future of American AI tech exports

New for 2026, attendees can take part in virtual pre-conference workshops designed to strengthen their foundation for the main program, including Upgrading Your Encryption & Advanced Tech Export Compliance Framework and A Deep Dive into Global Export Compliance in the Cloud

Throughout the two-day forum, participants will hear cutting-edge briefings on digital sovereignty, cloud sovereignty in Europe, the future of American AI tech exports, and the impact of BIS’s proposed Secure Sharing Framework and the ITA’s American AI Exports Program.

Sessions will also explore China’s expanding trade control regime, regional updates from India and the Middle East, and the increasing convergence of export, sanctions, tariff, and ICTS regulations.

Virtual technology control plan

This year features enhanced interactivity, including a hands-on Go/No-Go diversion and re-export tabletop exercise focused on Southeast Asia, deemed export case studies, a virtual technology control plan walkthrough, and hypothetical scenario drills tackling high-stakes AI, cloud, and cyber compliance dilemmas

Attendees will have the opportunity to benchmark with compliance pioneers from Intel, Microsoft, SAP, Cisco, Arm, Cloudflare, Marvell Technology, Skydio, NetApp, TE Connectivity, Renesas Electronics, Core42, and other global innovators.
