EverFocus EQ 550 T / EQ 550 D Polestar Camera Series now with RS-485 control

The two latest enhancements of the EverFocus camera range - EQ 550 T / EQ 550 D Polestar series' cameras - set new standards for existing and future day / night cameras.  Through integrated DNR (dynamic noise reduction), both camera models offer a considerably decreased picture noise.  What's more, they are perfectly suitable for applications utilizing the latest compression technologies such as MPEG-4, as DNR is capable of significantly reducing storage capacity (stored images require up to 6x less capacity than cameras without DNR).  The integrated RS-485 control enables the user to control the cameras via any RS-485 keyboard providing EverFocus or Pelco-D protocol, e.g. the EverFocus keyboard EKB 500.  With built-in IR cut filter - either static (EQ550D) or automatically swivelling (EQ550T), 530 TV lines horizontal resolution and 4 adjustable privacy zones, EQ 550 T and EQ 550 D meet requirements of the most demanding security surveillance applications.
