Ensuring prevention through increased protection
Occupational Safety and Health Middle East 2014 is the region’s specialist exhibition and conference for promoting an advanced safety culture. In partnership with Abu Dhabi EHS Center (OSHAD Abu Dhabi), the event is in line with the Government of Abu Dhabi’s vision of redefining workplace culture and providing awareness, controls and a safety system to effectively manage workplace hazards and risks. It is the ideal event for professionals from the public and private sector to explore the techniques and latest trends in the industry, network and share best practices.
In efforts to meet the UAE Government's strategy for excellence in health and safety, Abu Dhabi has recently introduced a management system, which prompts all entities to address occupational safety by developing their own EHS management system.
The system will focus on fostering a health and safety culture not only in governments institution but also across transport, energy, health, construction, tourism, waste industry and other sectors; making Abu Dhabi the ideal place to host Occupational Safety and Health Middle East.
The OSHME Abu Dhabi pavilion will include the participation of many of the government Sector Regulatory Authorities, who are actively involved in the promotion of Occupational Health and Safety in Abu Dhabi.
