Wide Dynamic Range gives Ernitec's Mercury dome new vision

The fourth member of the mini dome flagship is Mercury/2 WDR.  WDR reproduces clear images in extreme high-contrast environments, which makes it perfect for security applications where lighting conditions change over time.  Basically the WDR technology compensates for the difference in contrasts resulting in balanced final images with lots of details.  Another feature is privacy masking.  By using privacy masking you can restrict what can be seen by masking areas with uniform colour so that no detail or movement in the scene covered by them can be seen.

Main features:

• WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) setting that balances the brightest and darkest sections of the field of view producing pictures that image both highlights and shadows with great detail even in unfavourable lighting conditions, i.e. with strong backlight
• Dual power for greater flexibility with the option of 24 V AC or 12 V DC
• Light sensitivity with minimum illumination as low as 0.0003 lux in B/W
• 2.9-10 mm IR corrected varifocal lens
• 3 axis fixture for easy installation and flexible adjustment

The Mercury/2 is also available in 2.9-10 mm black/white and colour as well as an IR version.
