The TA4004R active receiver is designed to handle 4 channels of video over CAT5/6 unshielded twisted pair cable up to 1200 meters when used with an active transmitter TA1001T at the camera end. For shorter distances up to 600 meters we recommend our passive video transceiver TP1001VLH.
