Matrix, a manufacturer and provider of telecom and security solutions, is participating in Switch 2016, Vadodara, from 6th to 10th October, 2016. Matrix will be showcasing its telecom, access control, time-attendance, and video surveillance solutions at the event.

Biometric access control

Matrix will showcase its wide range of biometric access control solution and its advanced applications. COSEC DOOR PVR is a highly secure and contact-less biometric device that works by reading the vascular pattern of the palm. Furthermore, Matrix will launch COSEC DOOR FMX as a high performance door controller with multispectral sensor. The device is powerful enough to take fingerprint of dry, wet, elderly, or oily hands.

More than that Matrix will showcase COSEC VEGA FAX, an advanced time-attendance and access control device. In order to cut down the server cost, Matrix will present its standalone access control solution where one can connect up to 255 devices and 25,000 users. Additionally, to enhance the security, Matrix biometric solutions can be integrated with any video surveillance solution. It will capture real-time images when any pre-defined event occurs.

Path breaking features

Matrix will also display its range of IP video surveillance solutions that include enterprise level video management software, NVRs, HVRs, and IP cameras. The entire solution focuses on solving the three major pain areas of customers, namely difficulty in centralised management and monitoring, bandwidth and storage cost, and reactive security. Some of the path breaking features that will be on display include event-based edge recording and notification, adaptive recording and compression, centralised monitoring and management, real-time notification, and intelligent video analytics. These features will help you understand the difference between a video surveillance solution and box moving devices and cameras that are available in the market place.
