Fermax has regained the absolute confidence of the Asian market at CPSE 2013

The trade fair in the city of Shenzhen dedicated to security was the venue chosen by Fermax to present its technological proposals in monitors and video door entry systems, with which the Spanish brand is making headway into the future. With these innovations, Fermax has regained the absolute confidence of the Asian market, returning to its customary dominant position among the technological elite.

From 29 October to 1 November, the ultra-modern city of Shenzhen was the setting for the China Public Security Expo, the largest trade show given over to security worldwide and the largest in Asia. In this edition, the figures are astounding: 110,000 m2 of exhibition space, over 1500 exhibitors from 30 countries (more than 100 dedicated to audio and video door entry systems) and 120,000 professional visitors from over 130 different countries.

Although the fair brings together very different companies operating in such diverse areas as equipment for security staff or video surveillance, what this ground-breaking show made clear is that now is the time for systems integration and automation (accesses, security, communication, alarms, etc), in view of the construction of increasingly intelligent buildings. In this sense, the presence of LYNX, the FERMAX proposal technologically based on a full TCP/IP system, which provides the most advanced communication management, security and comfort for the most prestigious residential complexes in the world, along with its whole ecosystem of products (VIVO monitor in new finishes and colours, exclusive modules for the SKYLINE panel and powerful Residential Centre management software) constituted the brand’s definitive response to these new needs, with the most powerful, robust and adaptable system of all, the one making most inroads into the future.

Also at Shenzhen, along with the LYNX system Fermax took the SMILE monitor, a hands-free terminal full of innovative functions. An advanced management system for the home, high-performance and intuitive, which takes the language of cutting-edge technologies as its own. The fair was an opportunity to present its wide range of possibilities. With Smile design and technology, the user can choose different formats (monitor with 7” or 3,5” screen), colours (ranging from the official version of the monitor to the new alternatives about to come onto the market: a totally white version that is the epitome of simplicity and others in grey and black) and installation variations (flush-fit embedded or surface mounted, depending on user needs and space available).

The Spanish brand's stand was conceived by prestigious industrial designer Ramón Benedito, a FERMAX collaborator since 1975, making it an “Oasis” within the riot of products on display at the fair. Here, the stand’s rotund architecture, clean lines and sobriety stood out, while it also had an abundance of fully operational products, allowing the public to interact with the new developments and get to know them better.
