QNAP Security, a world class manufacturer of Linux-embedded, stand-alone Network Video Recorder (NVR) solutions is pleased to announce its participation at IFSEC 2010. All the new VioStor NVR models support PC-less system configuration, monitoring of IP cameras over the network, and video playback by connecting a monitor, a keyboard, and a mouse to the built-in VGA connector. The NVR incorporates Intel® Atom™ D-510 dual-core processor to deliver exceptional performance of maximum network throughput of 176 Mbps with extremely low power consumption. The entire line-up of QNAP's 1 to 8-drive high performance VioStor NVR models and the latest Intel® Atom™ D510 processor-based, VMware Ready™ Certified Turbo NAS (network-attached storage) models will also be exhibited.
