Avigilon has grown rapidly as the demand for HD surveillance technology increases worldwide
Avigilon, the performance and value leader in high definition (HD) surveillance systems, announced that it has added a dedicated manufacturing facility to boost its production capability to efficiently meet customer demand for its award-winning HD surveillance solutions. A major player in the global HD surveillance market, Avigilon maintains 100% of the company's development and manufacturing in Vancouver, Canada.

With the new facility located minutes away from the company's headquarters, Avigilon has invested more than $2 million in state-of-the-art equipment to automate the production and assembly of sub-components and finished goods which will result in a significant increase in production and operational efficiencies. The combination of advanced manufacturing techniques and continued investment in quality staff will enable Avigilon to continue to offer reliability and value to its global customer base while continuing to invest in manufacturing in North America.

"Our investment in a new manufacturing facility demonstrates our commitment to meeting the worldwide demand for our HD surveillance solutions," said Dave Tynan, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Avigilon. "With close proximity to the Vancouver international airport and other delivery service partners, the new facility will also extend our shipping capabilities to help us fulfil customer requests efficiently and cost-effectively."
