Raytec offers insight into its quality control secrets in newly released video

 Raytec recently employed a new Quality Manager who will implement new procedures to streamline the manufacturing process
The new video showcases additional quality tests implemented for 2012 to ensure high performance

CCTV lighting specialists, Raytec, have a well established reputation for high quality and extreme durability products that perform to the highest standards all around the world. To celebrate successful installations from the freezing cold of the Arctic circle to the hot deserts of Arabia, Raytec have taken the decision to provide an exclusive insight into its quality control secrets in a newly released video.

The new video showcases a number of additional quality tests implemented for 2012 to ensure the highest levels of performance, consistency, durability and reliability from lighting that can be relied on when it is most needed.

Quality and reliability are vitally important to Raytec and we always strive to improve the performance of our products and our service. Raytec recently employed a new Quality Manager, Jim Moran, who has a wealth of experience in implementing new procedures to streamline the manufacturing process and standardise production. "High quality CCTV systems demand high performance and reliable lighting" says Jim. "We manufacture over 1000 products a week, each one going through tough quality regimes to test its performance at extreme levels, so that our customers receive products of the highest standards".
