|Verint rang the NASDAQ Stock Market closing bell to celebrate the closing of its acquisition of KANA software
Verint Systems Inc. rang the NASDAQ Stock Market closing bell, February 5, 2014 at 4 pm ET, to commemorate its 20th Anniversary, which occurred on February 1, and to celebrate the closing of its acquisition of KANA Software, which took place, February 3.
