ADM continues to evolve as ASUSTOR strives to create a unique and comprehensive user experience. Recent innovations from ASUSTOR include added resolution options, power control functionality and customisable background, screensaver and startup App to ASUSTOR Portal. Also recently introduced, is the revolutionary MyArchive function which allows users to use hard disks as removable storage archives. With MyArchive, users can simply plug in an archive when they need it and swap it out for a different one when they don't. This also helps users save power as archives that are not in use can be taken out for storage and do not always have to be powered on. Also, users will have infinite capacity expansion with the ability to utilise extra disk trays for storage and no longer have to rely on any external storage devices that would require additional power.

Additionally, the added My Computer function and thumbnail previews to File Explorer allow users to easily manage and browse files on their local computer and NAS from within the ADM interface, providing one-stop file management for both computer and NAS. ASUSTOR users are also sure to love the recently released Takeasy App which allows users to conveniently download online videos and playlists from sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, YouKu, Tudou and more.
