G4S Technology, a leading provider of integrated building security management systems, announces partnership with Exacq Technologies. This collaboration further reinforces G4S Technology’s capability in the Video Management marketplace.

Exacq Technologies Inc. is a leading developer of open architecture, Video Management System (VMS) solutions for security and surveillance applications. ExacqVision VMS client-server solutions are scalable from a small single camera solution to large scale corporate or campus systems with thousands of cameras.

Exacq’s VMS solutions can now be fully integrated with G4S Technology’s Symmetry Security Management System. These are standalone VMS solutions; integrated to Symmetry to allow live viewing of video and replay of video recorded on the VMS at a Symmetry client. This allows the management of alarms and camera motion through the VMS.

Scott Dennison, Director of Marketing for Exacq Technologies, said: We are pleased to be partnering with G4S Technology. Symmetry is known worldwide as a powerful building security management solution and it is a great compliment to the ExacqVision Video Management System.

Stewart Angell, UK Managing Director, G4S Technology, added: “By forming this partnership with Exacq we are further expanding our Video Management service offering to our Symmetry customers.”

“Furthermore, Exacq Video Management client can be run on mobile devices such as iOS and Android which will provide our customers with the flexibility to view their video streams over the network whilst they are on the move.”
