Gallagher Security has officially inaugurated its new office in Southport on the Gold Coast, marking a significant step in the company's expansion within Australia and the wider APAC and IMEA regions.
This new establishment becomes Gallagher’s second office in Australia, succeeding the Gallagher Customer Service Centre in Epping, Victoria, which was opened in 2016.

Craig Schutte, Executive Vice President for APAC and IMEA, proudly officiated the ceremony, cutting the orange Gallagher-branded ribbon to signify this new venture.
Dedicated training for partners
Craig Schutte highlighted that the new office’s opening mirrors the increased momentum in Australia and the surrounding regions.
"The opening of our Gold Coast office is a reflection of the strong momentum we’re seeing in Australia and across the region," he stated.
A key feature of the office includes a purpose-built training room intended for hands-on, classroom-based learning tailored for channel partners, end users, and consultants.

The office will support a growing team across multiple departments, including marketing, training, operations, and sales, and will also house members of the APAC and IMEA leadership team.

This expansion adds to Gallagher’s existing infrastructure, including the Customer Service Centre in Epping, which features warehousing, distribution, and the Technology Hub — a space where customers can engage with Gallagher’s security solutions.
