1.407 trade visitors and government bodies mostly from Kenya, but also from Ethiopia, Somalia, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and the United Arab Emirates, attended the exhibition and conference in the Kenyatta International Convention Centre – an increase of 7 % compared to SecProTec 2014. Alongside the exhibition, visitors joined the high level conference program to gather information about security for data storage, unauthorised wireless communication or effective organisational counter surveillance. Well-known international speakers presented projects and future solutions. The chairman of the conference was Mr. Enock Makanga, Regional Counter Terrorism Adviser of Impact Solutions Africa.

SecProTec East Africa powered by Intersec would like to thank all partners, exhibitors and conference speaker for their support. “SecProTec East Africa powered by Intersec has proven again that it is the leading event in East Africa. There is no other trade fair in the region with such a high level support from governments and associations”, said Ingo Kloever, CEO of planetfair Group.
