|Darren Blakeley and James Howe join the Technical Support team as Advisors
Synology UK Ltd, Network Attached Storage (NAS) specialists, has introduced two new members to the Technical Support team.
Following on from the success and growth in 2013, Synology started 2014 with an office move to premises more than 5 times the size and now Synology are proud to introduce two new members to the UK team; Darren Blakeley and James Howe. Blakeley and Howe join the Technical Support team as Advisors and will be offering support via telephone, email and also Team Viewer sessions for critical situations as well as joining the rest of Synology UK at various events including IFSEC, IP Expo and Irelands TechTrade.
Howe is a software and network support specialist and comes from a varied industry background including education, banking and most recently within a NOC (Network Operation Centre) environment.
His co-newcomer, Darren Blakeley joins us after working his way up to a Senior IT Technician role at a Northamptonshire based college. Blakeley’s core strengths are: scripting and programming with Powershell, data manipulation and reporting.
