Troy has worked in the security industry for over 20 years, both in the UK and abroad. During his career Troy has been employed by some of the biggest companies in the UK both as a Security Operations and Business Development Manager. He is proud to be the founder of Entourage Security Management. As part of his role he has a close liaison with the police and their initiatives such as the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS). This is a scheme where security organisations provide community safety patrols supporting the police.
