Mobileum Inc., a global provider of analytics solutions for roaming and network services, security, risk management, testing and service assurance, and subscriber intelligence, is pleased to announce their technology partnership with VoerEir, an award-winning edge cloud technology company. The partnership between Mobileum and VoerEir creates the most comprehensive and powerful test platform for end-to-end Service Assurance and network function virtualization infrastructure (NFVI) benchmarking, certification, and validation. Combining Mobileum's SITE active test solution with VoerEir's TOUCHSTONE test suite provides a vertically integrated, full-stack testing solution that enables Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to test services and infrastructure from end-to-end. Communication service providers From the lab to the live network and from virtual and cloud-native network functions and applications (VNF/CNF) to the end device - all in a fully automated manner. Extensive RESTful API and automation capabilities allow the joint solution to be integrated into Telco Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and provide an essential Continuous Testing (CT) component. Edge testing capabilities The Touchstone platform includes a wide array of features for environment benchmarking, report management, and Enhanced Platform Aware (EPA) test suites. It is a platform for cloud environment test automation, benchmarking, certification, and validation. The Mobileum-VoerEir partnership marks an important breakthrough for operators looking to accelerate their 5G rollouts and scale 5G and Edge testing capabilities. It also highlights Mobileum's open collaboration strategy of working alongside technology partners to integrate and expand its analytics capabilities to help CSPs meet their subscribers' rising service performance standards and expectations.

The acquisition expands Mobileum's actionable analytics platform with customer discovery, engagement, and experience capabilities, enabling Communications Service Providers (‘CSPs’) to identify new revenue streams and to improve customer experience across the entire customer lifecycle. Mobileum's Active Intelligence platform is a telecom-focused analytics technology that supports roaming, network services, security, risk management, and testing. Deep network analytics The acquisition of Niometrics will enrich Mobileum's existing solutions with deep network analytics and applied Machine Learning, while expanding its portfolio with customer intelligence solutions. Mobileum's expanded platform will provide deeper network insights, a 360-degree customer view, and enhanced data privacy control, to accelerate growth and improve customer retention. The two companies have already won contracts together and have experience integrating their products to solve high-impact customer use cases. Active Intelligence will provide the critical insights that carriers need for network operations, roaming, business assurance, testing, service assurance and customer engagement. Based in Singapore, Niometrics' 150+ employees will join Mobileum, strengthening Mobileum's global team of more than 1,800 employees, and growing its engineering hub in Asia. This acquisition will further expand the capacity to serve Mobileum's more than 900 telecom customers. After closing this acquisition, 9 out of 10 telecom operators will rely on Mobileum solutions.

Mobileum's expanded offering will provide carriers with a customisable, end-to-end application testing platform that easily integrates with other automation tools and reduces operational costs by enabling modern, continuous integration and delivery with a DevOps approach. Lower operational costs The integration will allow automated testing in a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment ("CI/CD") environment, providing extensive 5G core emulation capabilities, API testing, and 5G test automation capabilities. The combination of the two companies will facilitate the development and deployment of new tests, improving flexibility and allowing users to address any 5G test scenario, leading to faster service launches and lower operational costs. This acquisition will also strengthen Mobileum's engineering team and enhance its 5G Core Network skills and expertise, expanding its capacity to help solve some of the most complex challenges emerging at the core of the network and to serve its more than 900 customers around the globe.
