Zenitel, the global supplier of intelligent critical communication solutions, announced the hiring of a key relationship executive in its Americas Onshore Business Unit.
Jalen James has been named Strategic Alliance Relationship Manager, reporting to Kelly Lake, Director of Global Strategic Alliances.
Strategic alliances programme
The Zenitel strategic alliances programme supports manufacturer partners who integrate Zenitel’s intelligent communication solutions into their business. James will also work with the company’s technology partners to help ensure the continued successful product integrations of Zenitel’s audio solutions with pioneering video surveillance and access control platforms.
James has a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of South Carolina.

Before joining Zenitel, he was a Supplier Business Manager at Scansource Inc., for 6 years. Scansource is a distribution company with direct relationships with manufacturers.
He has worked with brands such as Honeywell Inc. SPS, Toshiba Inc, Axis Communications, and March Networks, managing all aspects of business operations and sales support within Scansource.
His strengths in business development, pipeline management, supply chain management, and project management have allowed him to build lasting relationships with suppliers, field reps, and partners of the distribution channel.
