As the Indian security market continues to evolve with modern facilities like airports and data centres, there is a growing demand for scalable access control solutions. The event, scheduled for 3-5 September 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, will also showcase Suprema’s distinguished BioStation 3, alongside its access control platforms, BioStar X and BioStar Air. Attendees will find Suprema at Booth A15.

BioStation 3 has gained global recognition for its competitive edge, particularly for its advanced AI-powered facial authentication, user-friendly interface, and strong data protection. Responding to robust demand in India, Suprema will introduce BioStation 3 Max as its most advanced terminal, featuring a secure element certified to CC EAL6+ standards and a versatile authentication system that includes face and fingerprint biometrics, RFID, mobile credentials, QR codes, and PINs.

Efficient deployment and integration

BioStation 3 Max is designed with a large touchscreen and integrated VoIP intercom, easing the verification process at main entry points while Power over Ethernet (PoE) helps to minimise installation costs.

Completing Suprema’s hardware lineup is the XPass Q2, an intelligent QR/RFID reader ideal for high-traffic areas. Suprema’s access control platforms, BioStar X and BioStar Air, provide integrators with the flexibility to deploy either on-premises or cloud-based systems without losing performance quality. BioStar X combines access control, video surveillance, and third-party integration into one cohesive system, suitable for both small and expansive deployments.

Streamlined security operations

A unified monitoring console in BioStar X offers real-time insight into access events and video feeds, promoting quicker incident responses.

Conversely, BioStar Air is a cloud-native alternative for organisations seeking easy scalability without on-premises hardware, enabling rapid reader deployment across multiple sites through a single network. Suprema's Access Control Units (ACUs) facilitate either centralised or distributed architectures, adaptable to evolving operational and IT needs, and both platforms support mobile credentials.

Advanced Public Safety Solutions

Suprema is also debuting its Q-Face Finder, an AI-driven facial authentication tool for public safety

Suprema is also debuting its Q-Face Finder, an AI-driven facial authentication tool for public safety and private-sector applications like department stores and casinos. This solution can integrate seamlessly with existing CCTV systems, offering real-time identification of suspects and missing persons. By using a Geographic Information System (GIS), Q-Face Finder visualises movement paths, aiding operators in resource coordination and situational awareness.

Suprema will demonstrate the compatibility of its technology with global access control and video management systems, including Genetec and Milestone, using live demonstrations. Visitors can meet Suprema's local partners in India, enhancing their understanding of how Suprema’s comprehensive ecosystem supports market growth. "Strong technology alone doesn’t build a market position; a strong ecosystem does," commented Sachin Chadha, Country Manager of Suprema India & South Asia.

"At FSIE, we are building that ecosystem by integrating with systems our customers rely on and partnering with industry experts, boosting Suprema’s brand and footprint in India."
