Suprema, a global provider of biometrics and security, announced that the company has expanded its sales and technical support force in United States to support the company’s fast-growing sales channel and to enhance its local technical support. On July 1st 2019, Suprema formalised the launch of Suprema America LLC, confirming the appointment of Hanchul Kim as the US subsidiary’s Managing Director.
In addition, Suprema established the opening of the US technical support hub in Orlando, Florida and also a warehouse in Austin, Texas, to serve the company’s nationwide dealers, system integrators and distributors.

“To grow further in US market, we will keep our focus on BioStar2 access control solution combined with Suprema’s world-leading biometrics. In addition, we will introduce a whole new line of biometric-based workforce management products dedicated to US market later this year at HR Tech Expo in Las Vegas,” Kim added.
