Securitas announces the acquisition of Allcoopers Ltd and its subsidiaries. Allcooper Group, founded in 1987, specialises in the installation, maintenance and monitoring of a wide range of security and fire systems. It operates from bases in Gloucestershire, the West Midlands and London with a complement of around 100 employees.
Allcooper’s expertise in electronic security and its portfolio of long-term customers will provide excellent support in Securitas’ pursuit of its strategic objectives. As part of the Securitas Group, Allcooper will continue to deliver professional security services to clients in the UK and will operate under the Securitas brand by the end of 2019.
