At its meeting on December 15, 2020, the Supervisory Board reappointed Klaus Kiener as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MOBOTIX AG until March 31, 2023.
He will continue to be responsible for Finance, Corporate Planning, Investor Relations, Legal/Compliance/Data Protection, Organization, IT Services, Purchasing, and Logistics/Customs.
Klaus Kiener was significantly responsible for the development and successful implementation of the restructuring program "Fit for the Future" together with the newly appointed Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO Thomas Lausten in June 2017.
