Paxton, the global brand of access control, video surveillance and intercom systems, will be launching their brand-new customer loyalty programme, Paxton Rewards, at ISC West, booth #14075. They will also share an exclusive preview of their new door entry app at the show. ISC West will be the first chance for security dealers to see the Rewards programme and Entry app in action.

This year, Paxton returns to ISC once again to showcase what’s new to their US customer base. The exhibition is the largest security event in the world and takes place at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, March 29-31.

New loyalty programme

The Paxton Rewards programme is an exciting new loyalty programme that rewards customers for training on, and buying and installing Paxton products. Installers simply scan Paxton products, and complete activities to earn points. The more they earn, the higher they climb. From entry-level Paxton Rewards Partner to exclusive Platinum Partner level, they’ll unlock more fantastic benefits with every tier to boost their business.

Jonathan Lach, Paxton’s Vice President of Sales explains: “We are pleased to be connecting with our customers in person at ISC West this year and showcasing our new Paxton Rewards programme and Entry app. The rewards programme allows installers to stand out from the crowd by demonstrating their Paxton expertise with their Paxton Partner badge.”

Enhancing customer experience

Installers who visit our booth will also get a chance to see our latest door entry app"

Jonathan Lach adds, “Installers who visit our booth will also get a chance to see our latest door entry app. The Entry app will allow users to answer calls and manage access, with our video intercom products, on smart devices. This will be a great add-on to our entry products and also enhance customer experience.”

In addition to a sneak peek at the Paxton Rewards programme and the Entry app, visitors can participate in demonstrations of the latest Net2 and Paxton10 updates and recent releases to Paxton’s video intercom system, Entry, and their wireless lockset product line, PaxLock.

Free installation training

Anyone that receives a product demo while at the booth will have a chance to win $1,500 MSRP of Paxton products. Those that watch a demo, sign up for Paxton’s free installation training, and attend the training will automatically be entered into a drawing for the chance to win an Apple Watch on Wednesday and Thursday of the show.

All Paxton products have a five-year warranty, hassle free return policy, and are supported by Paxton’s Customer Support team.
