The globally recognised accreditation is based on the implementation of several management principles that help to ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality products and services that meet and exceed their expectations. The certification demonstrates the Dubai office’s commitment to performance and organisational excellence to ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.
