Due to increasing number of burglaries and growing financial losses for house and flat owners, the German KfW recently started financial incentives for preventive measures against burglary.
House owners' funding for security systems installation
As part of the programme “Crime Prevention by anti-intrusion”, KfW subsidises burglary protection measures for houses and apartments with low-interest loans. House owners, flat owners and tenants can apply for funding the installation of mechanical safety technology as well as alarm systems and video surveillance systems.
