Innovative Business Software A/S (Innovative) has acquired FSM’s alarm monitoring reseller business to drive expansion of its presence of in Finland.
Innovative is a provider of security technology in the Nordic region and a member of MIT Group, an operating portfolio within Valsoft Corporation. Valsoft Corporation is based in Montreal, Canada and specialises in the acquisition and development of vertical market software businesses.

FSM is Finland’s importer and wholesaler of security technology and computer network products.

Comprehensive product roadmap
MIT Group serves global enterprise and government customers across the security, EHSQ and aviation sectors. The acquisition will see FSM’s Jarkko Senne take on the role of Product Manager at Innovative.
