This year, Gallagher extended its influence across key markets, reclaiming full ownership of its Africa operations while expanding into India and the Middle East. Europe experienced continued growth with a new Stockholm office opening, while Australia increased its regional capabilities with new appointments and a Gold Coast office.
According to Craig Schutte, EVP for APAC & IMEA, these changes in 2025 are part of a larger strategy to boost regional activity. "From renewed investment in Africa to expanding across India and the Middle East, 2025 demonstrated the impact of empowered local teams backed by global strength," Schutte reflected. In the UK and Europe, Spencer Marshall, EVP for the region, pointed to increased demand and customer interaction, which he believes sets a solid foundation for the coming year.
Ongoing innovation and products
Gallagher made significant strides in innovation with new product launches in 2025. Their PIV-compliant High Security Controller 7000 offered enhanced cyber protection, while the QuickSwitch feature simplified system upgrades, receiving strong market feedback.
The cloud solution OneLink also grew, extending customer reach internationally. Additionally, the release of Command Center v9.40 introduced more efficient maintenance workflows and future-ready architecture.
Strengthening partnerships and community contributions
